Unity Fiji Party is working on finalizing its candidacy nominations that will contest the general election in November.
Party General Secretary Satish Kumar says they have also activated their campaign to reach out to voters.
Kumar says they’re excited about what lies ahead as the country gears up for the general election.
“We look forward to every other steps that will be involved in this election including the finalization of nominations, objection to nominations, the appeal, and the candidate numbers which is the most important one and from then onwards to aggressively campaign.”
Unity Fiji says it is targeting 51 seats and so far they have announced 14 provisional candidates.
The Party has confirmed they will be meeting in Suva tomorrow to discuss the announcement of the final list of their provisional candidates.
