Unity Fiji and Dakuvula told to advertise their petition

Unity Fiji representative, Jone Dakuvula is given time to serve his petition by way of advertising in a newspaper either tomorrow or Saturday.

Dakuvula is also challenging the outcome of the 2018 General Election.

Unity Fiji representative filed the redress against Supervisor of Elections, Mohammed Saneem, FijiFirst Leader, Voreqe Bainimarama and FijiFirst General Secretary, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum.

Dakuvula is representing himself.

High Court Judges Angela Wati and Kamal Kumar informed Dakuvula to bring the paper cutting of the advertisement to court on Monday.

Meanwhile, Unity Fiji’s matter in relation to the legal redress has also been adjourned to Monday.

They have also been ordered to advertise their petition in the newspaper by tomorrow.
