The Suva High Court has found a 29-year-old man who raped his nephew guilty of his charges.

The man is charged with three counts of rape, one count of assault with intent to commit rape and unnatural offense.

It’s alleged the attacks started when the victim was only three-years-old and happened on several occasions between 2007 and 2014.

The victim is now 14-years-old and is a student at a Special School.

The matter will be called today for sentence before Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza.
