Two people are currently in police custody for drug-related cases as the fourth phase of Operation Sasamaki gets underway in the province of Navosa.

Police Chief of Operations ACP Rusiate Tudravu says police officers who are on the ground confirmed the arrests.

However, he says reports are sketchy at the moment about whether the two suspects were caught while cultivating marijuana.

Tudravu says 40 police officers are in Navosa and they have uprooted over 200 plants of marijuana.
