A 28-year-old man is in police custody after he was allegedly found with clear plastics containing white substances believed to be methamphetamine.

He was arrested along Queen Elizabeth Drive in Nasese, Suva by a team of officers on patrol.

The suspect was found inside his vehicle.

On the same day, a 28-year-old bus driver was also found with clear plastics containing substances believed to be methamphetamine.

Also seized were smoking apparatuses and dried leaves believed to be marijuana hidden inside his underwear.

Both suspects remain in custody.
