The two allegedly attacked the man where he sustained injuries.

Following the incident, the two were arrested at a friend’s resident where they were consuming alcohol.

During mitigation submission, Defence Counsel highlighted that 22-year-old Talemaitoga is seeking the court’s forgiveness.

Talemaitoga believes while spending two months in remand, he realises he was following the wrong group and if released he will better himself.

The Judge has called for sentencing on Friday.
