Three of the seven inmates who escaped from the Naboro Maximum prison this morning have been recaptured.

Ulaiasi Qalomai and Filipe Delana were arrested near Wainadoi, Navua earlier in the day.

While Mesulame Waqabaca was captured this afternoon from the same Wainadoi Area.

Police Chief of Operations, ACP Maretino Qiolevu says the remaining five men are considered to be dangerous.

Peniasi Qalibau and Bainivalu Tuimatavesi are serving time for aggravated robbery, Josaia Usumaki is serving time for burglary and larceny while Solomoni Qurai is serving time for murder.

The Police and Corrections Officers are continuing their search on the five remaining prisoners.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is requested to call Crime Stoppers on 919 or their nearest police station as harbouring a criminal is a crime.
