The LTA officers were at the company site for a standard inspection when the alleged bribe was offered in exchange for approving license for inspection.

The LTA had referred this complaint to FICAC for investigation.

The FICAC Counsel appeared for prosecution and informed the court that the first phase of disclosures have been served to the accused persons.

The Magistrate informed both parties that the court needs an independent Chinese interpreter on the next call date so the charges can be read and translated to the accused persons.

The matter has been adjourned to next Monday for mention.

Both accused have been remanded.
