Two people appeared in the Suva Magistrates court today for allegedly stealing more than $9600 worth of items from a hardware shop in Suva.

Monita Singh and Adrian Prasad were employed as sales persons and it is alleged that between 24th March and 1st April 2009 they stole a number of items.

The two are charged with larceny by servant.

The state filed proposed agreed facts in Court today.

The matter has been adjourned to March 12th for Defense to respond.
