_“We’ve just heard from the director that the system is slowly moving away from Fiji, moving south-east at about 12km/h.

Kumar has told the media that it will not turn into a tropical cyclone as yet and is losing momentum.

However on its current trajectory, it could possibly turn into a Cat 1 and the percentage of this happening is between 20 and 50 per cent.

Expect more rain across the central division and the whole of Fiji over the weekend.

Kumar has advised the public to stay alert and keep listening in to the latest weather updates.”_
