Trade show to boost new markets

Fiji will be part of this year’s Melanesian Spearhead Group trade show to strengthen existing trade ties with other MSG countries.

A delegation of twenty companies and twenty-five individuals from the private sectors will leave next weekend to participate in the 2nd MSG Trade show in Papua New Guinea.

Permanent Secretary Trade, Shaheen Ali says this will be a good platform to showcase Fijian made goods and services.

“Our main purpose of the road show is to boost our exports and increasing existing markets we have and finding new markets and investment is also a focus.”

The trade show will be held in Port Moresby from the 27th to the 29th, November, 2014.
