The iTaukei Lands Trust Board officers in Labasa are conducting a 360 exercise in the township area.

General Manager North, Josaia Waqairatu, says the exercise involves officers visiting all the tenants to check and update their information and see if they are adhering to the terms and conditions of their leases.

The officers are also assessing the value of their building.

Waqairatu says those who are not complying with their lease terms and conditions will be given breach notices, which involves a fine of over
$2, 800.

The exercise is currently being done in the main CBD and officers will then move to the residential lease holders.

TLTB has around 300 tenants in the Labasa Township area.
