Member of Parliament, Isoa Tikoca has pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of Failure to Declare Liabilities before the 2014 General Election.

Tikoca appeared before Magistrate Makereta Mua.

His passport has been released to him so he can attend a seminar in London in November.

Magistrate Mua ordered the two sureties, Jiosefa Dulakiverata and Viliame Gavoka, who are MPs to surrender their passports to court.

The matter will be recalled for mention on the 14th of January, 2016.
