The hunt for three masked men who allegedly robbed a family at Vunikawai in Colo-i-Suva, near Sawani continues, while two are in custody.
The incident happened last Friday.
Police say the men who were armed forcefully entered the house of a 49-year-old businessman and allegedly stole cash and jewellery.
Chief of Intelligence and Investigations, ACP Vakacegu Toduadua says a team is investigating the matter.
Meanwhile the victim, Satish Kumar had earlier told FBC News that he heard dogs barking at around 2am, and an hour later, he heard his father-in-law screaming.
Kumar says he jumped out of his bed and went downstairs, where he saw his father-in-law confronting masked men.
It’s alleged the masked men took off with more than two thousand dollars cash, mobile phones and laptops.
