Three people who are charged for allegedly harbouring prisoner Deshwar Dutt appeared in the Lautoka Magistrates Court this afternoon.

Serupepeli Tuivawa, Shaheel Iqbal and Archana Kumar have all been charged with harbouring a prisoner.

It is alleged that Tuivawa on the 20th of December and 2nd of this month at Lautoka knowingly and without lawful excuse, assisted Dutt.

Iqbal and Kumar also allegedly assisted Dutt on the 2nd of this month.

They all have been remanded in custody.
