SODELPA Leader Sitiveni Rabuka says thorough processes were followed before announcing their full list of candidates for the upcoming General elections.
Speaking to FBC News, Rabuka says the line-up of candidates comes with a lot of experience politicians and young people who have the will to deliver for Fiji.
Rabuka says they are expected to file their nominations tomorrow at the Fijian Elections Office.
Meanwhile, nominations are now open till the 15th of this month.
During this period the Supervisor of Elections will check all applications for compliance and see whether they’ve met the requirements before a decision is made.
If any candidate wishes to withdraw their nomination – they are to provide a written notice to the SOE no later than 12pm on 16th October.
