The third student who inflicted harm on himself earlier this week passed away at the CWM Hospital in Suva this morning.

Rahil Chand- a primary school student was one of three friends aged 13 and 14 who harmed themselves in Vatuwaqa, Suva on Monday night.

Initial reports say the students feared failing their internal exams.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to the students actions.

Police Spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri confirms all three students died from self inflicted wounds.
