Attorney General and Minister Responsible for Climate Change, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, has once again stressed there is no demarcation between development fund and adaptation fund for a developing country like Fiji.

While delivering his remarks at the opening of the European Investment Bank’s side event, Sayed-Khaiyum talked about how one half of Viti Levu is currently facing a drought while on the other half, there were regular rain fall.

He says for a geographically small island this meant water storage becoming an issue.
