Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum has called on the bus industry to work together in finding solutions to issues it faces.

Speaking at the Fiji Bus Operators Association’s annual general meeting in Lami yesterday, Sayed-Khaiyum says by doing so, it will allow the association to work out its own strategies and solutions.

Sayed-Khaiyum says there’s is a need for the association to market itself and to move with the times.

The AGM, which included a number of stakeholder presentations is a forum for all operators to come together and discuss issues affecting the industry.

This year’s theme for the FBOA meeting is “Sustainability in a Regulated Environment”.
