An 18 year old student is dead after being crushed between two buses at the Labasa Bus Station yesterday.

He was crossing between the buses when the one parked in the front reversed, and trapped the deceased.

He was rushed to the Labasa Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.

The driver who reversed his bus is in police custody and will be questioned soon.

The road death toll stands at 43 for this year.
