There is still no communication links to Taveuni and Bua.

Commissioner Northern Jovesa Vocea says all efforts to get in touch with government officials in Taveuni and Bua has been futile.

Telecom Fiji Limited’s main link from Suva to Taveuni, Savusavu and Bua is currently down.

This is resulting in the intermittent connection of mobile phone and landline phones in the area.

TFL is working to restore the services by tomorrow morning.
