Despite on-going critics from some senior members of the Social Democratic Liberal Party about Lynda Tabuya’s rapid rise within its ranks, Tabuya maintains she deserves her spot in the party.
Speaking to FBC News Tabuya agreed that during the AGM last month some members questioned her and PDP’s involvement in SODELPA.
With a lot of arguments arising from senior party members, Tabuya says she will not dwell on the negative comments.
“Again it comes down to the ability of these members to express their feelings about us coming in as members to SODELPA, I just want to clarify that you know we have heard them.”
Fellow SODELPA Proposed candidate Pio Tabaiwalu says Tabuya comes into the party with alot of experience.
Meanwhile SODELPA is expected to announce their remaining six proposed candidates soon.
