The 31 year old man accused of raping a 6 year old girl in Lautoka has been charged with one count of rape and will be produced at the Lautoka Magistrates Court today.

A team of police officers apprehended him on Saturday afternoon at Naroro settlement in Nadroga.

Meanwhile Police continue to request for information that could assist in identifying the suspect wanted for the alleged rape of a 7 year old also in Lautoka.
