With tourism being one of the largest revenue earners for Fiji and thousands of international travelers visiting each year ,it is crafters and artisans who have a substantial role in giving our visitors something they can take back with them .

He adds under the Fijian Trade Policy Framework 2015-2025 it has a long vision in their engagement in regional, bilateral and trading opportunities where our artisans would also benefit in terms of training and securing new markets.

Koya emphasized the importance of consistency in ensuring that the quality of the artisans products is never compromised at any time ensuring Fijian made authenticity every time the crafts leave our shores.
