A medical professional is advising parents and teachers against children playing a game called Charlie Charlie.
Dr Balram Pundit a consultant psychiatrist says the game is addictive and can lead to behavioral problems in adolescents.
‘’The game is mostly played by teenagers. Dr. Balram says this is an age group that is vulnerable to influence, peer pressure and the game can cause attention seeking behaviour’’.
There have been reports of youth hearing voices or seeing things after they’ve played the game, according to Dr. Balram these are all psychological effects of the game.
The game which supposedly summons demons is popular all over the world.
