Step-father found guilty of rape

The Suva High Court has found a 48-year-old man guilty of four counts of rape.

The Court heard the stepfather raped his nine-year-old stepdaughter in Vatuwaqa, Suva on three separate occasions.

The first two incidents happened in December 2017 while the two other incidents happened between January and July last year.

The case has been adjourned to Friday for sentence hearing.
