The South Pacific Tourism Organisation has appointed Fatafehi Taufa as the new Executive Adviser.

Prior to this appointment Taufa worked for the Trade and Tourism Ministry as a Senior Tourism Officer.

Taufa has been a civil servant for eight years with experience in undertaking organization reviews, policy and legislative reviews, facilitation of partnerships, and project management among others.

SPTO chief executive, Chris Cocker says Taufa has joined the organization at a crucial time as they’re preparing for the annual Board and Council of Tourism Ministers Meetings.
