The Social Democratic Liberal Party Youth Wing and the party Executives will conduct a special meeting this week to iron out issues regarding the SODELPA Annual General meeting.

Re-elected Youth Wing President Jope Koroisavou has confirmed that if SODELPA retains its stance to hold the AGM in Savusavu, the Youth Wing will support it.

Koroisavou says the Youth Wing believes in unity and that everything will be settled this week.

“Like a normal family there are times when we have disagreement with things that are happening within the party and am happy that the party is open to discussing those such issues and hopefully we will solve it within the process of the party.”

Meanwhile, the re-elected Youth President stressed during the Youth Wing AGM yesterday the need for young people to familiarize themselves with the new parliament Acts and election process and to participate in politics.
