Meanwhile, Nasesevia Road Crossing in Nadi is underwater and is only open to 4×4 vehicles and trucks only.

Savusavu Crossing in Ra is also flooded and the crossing is closed to all traffic.

People are advised to take necessary precautions.

Meanwhile, the road between McDonalds and Kennedy Avenue in Nadi has been restricted to a single lane.

This is due to a major water leak on the Queens Road.

Motorists are being advised to be cautious and drive to the conditions.

The Authority says the Water Authority will be carrying out necessary works.
