Certain parts of the Central and Western Divisions are still without electricity due to continuous rain.

The Fiji Electricity Authority says technicians have been deployed to carry out emergency repairs.

However, it says there will be delay in power restoration to some areas, due to rising flood waters and road conditions.

It says customers may also experience intermittent power supply due to this weather condition.

FEA is also reminding the public to treat all fallen power lines as live.
