The SODELPA Youth Wing will have a robust approach towards the 2022 General Election.

Youth Wing President Jope Koroisavou says that two years of preparation in the last election did not work well for them, so the need to start early preparation for the next election is vital.

Koroisavou adds they lacked many things in the past and going forward they will try to improve on that.

“We certainly looking at how we can reach our group with four years to go there is a lot of time for us to reach them informed them with what’s happening in the national level   in the outer island and informed them of what’s happening at the national level and also to empower them and let them, know that they have the power now to choose the governance of our nation which is something I believe is totally new to the youth of our nation.”

According to Koroisavou one of their priorities is to ensure come 2022, they have more candidates sitting in parliament.
