Semesa Karavaki says they met to discuss about the next Parliament sitting.

“It’s about the meeting next week. We are just getting ready for the meeting.”

Notable absences from the caucus meeting were the Party President Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu and MP Niko Nawaikula who are away in Australia.

Outspoken MP Mosese Bulitavo was also not in the meeting as well.

The MP’s says they did not discuss about the allegations of a rift within the party.

Attempts to get comments from Opposition Leader Ro Teimumu Kepa inside the Opposition Office proved futile.

FBC News is reliably informed that the Party is investigating a complaint made against the leader and some party officials by some members.
