SODELPA and FLP consider post election coalition

The Social Democratic Liberal Party and the Fiji Labour Party have both indicated a post election coalition is likely between the two.

SODELPA leader Ro Teimumu Kepa has confirmed it will team up with the FLP and possibly other political parties after polling.

Fiji Labour Party leader last week also told a campaign rally in Nasinu, they will join forces with SODELPA to form government.

Speaking in Hindi, Chaudhry said the FLP and SODELPA would work together to address the needs of all Fijians.

Both parties are members of the United Front for a Democratic Fiji – a lobby group opposed to the current administration.

Earlier, it was denied there would be any coalition between member of U.F.D.F.
