The School Management Association is still awaiting response from the request made to the Education Ministry for concession.

SMA President – Govind Singh says with rising cost of managing schools, the association is hopeful that government will provide a timely assistance.

“One of the concession was that we asked them to talk to the WAF and FEA to either give us an especial rate or as part as corporate social responsibility for FEA and FEA to supply schools water and electricity free of charge.”

Singh says this will help to ensure that students are provided with all the resources they need.
