Skydive Fiji aircraft incident under investigation

The Civil Aviation Authority of Fiji has launched an investigation into an incident where an aircraft had to make an emergency landing into the sea near Denarau Island in Nadi today.

The aircraft belonged to Skydive Fiji.

The company Skydive Fiji has confirmed to FBC news that there were no passengers on board their aircraft DQ-JMP– when it was forced to make the precautionary landing.

They also said that the pilot was not injured.

Skydive Fiji says the incident is now under investigation by the relevant authorities.
