SODELPA and Opposition Leader Sitiveni Rabuka was again taken in for questioning by Police in Suva earlier today.
Speaking to FBC News, Rabuka says he was supposed to be questioned today but it was unsuccessful as his lawyer was not present.
Rabuka says he will be questioned tomorrow with the presence of his lawyer which is believed to be Filimoni Vosarogo.
Rabuka says this is a continuous interrogation by Police in relation to comments made during FBC’s Navakekeli radio talkback show pre-election last year which are alleged to be in breach of the Information Act.
Rabuka was first questioned by Police Criminal Investigations Department in Suva in November last year regarding the same issue.
