The Chair of Air Terminal Services Employees Trust Jay Dhir Singh has been terminated.

This has been confirmed to FBC News by newly elected ATSET Chair Kevueli Tunidau.

Tunidau says that Singh was terminated on the grounds that he was found guilty by the Lautoka High Court of contempt of court.

He says that this has brought disrepute to the trustees which is the reason for the termination.

Tunidau was elected the new Chair of ATSET last night in Nadi during a trustee meeting.
