ATS says the police investigation into this case resulted in the matter being forwarded to the Crime Office for the next course of action.

With internal investigation complete but no charges laid the alleged staff member returned to work on November 18th and is now based in a different work location within the same department.

ATS says the second alleged incident occurred in early October however, the matter was not brought to the attention of the department manager until December 1st.

This matter was also handled by the police and the alleged employee was stood down/suspended on December 8th while the department manager conducted an investigation.

ATS says officials were aware of this incident well before the department manager.

It says the Union only wrote to the company to raise their concerns on December 11th.

Police investigation continues.
