Senior citizens were treated with gifts and cakes by the volunteers from Asco Motors in Nabua yesterday.

Asco Motors Chief Executive, Craig Sims says caring for disadvantaged groups like senior citizens is an important part of their corporate social responsibility program.

Sims says that their staff actively supports such effort and over the years, they have visited a number of homes around Fiji to bring the joy of sharing happiness.

He says that they have also undertaken a number of activities this year that help build a stronger community.

The team visited the Babasiga Ashram and also gifted essential daily items.
