A former military officer, Jone Senibici who has already served his three months imprisonment sentence for accepting an advantage in 2013, appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court today.

FICAC charged Senibici two years ago for accepting a silver and gold plated watch and cash of one hundred dollars from one Yong Pan.

An application made in court today that Senibiciis to release the one hundred dollars that he took to the Government Consolidated Funds.

Senibici was on secondment to the Department of Immigration when he helped Pan with his application and accepted the watch and money offered by him as a gratitude, knowing that he had no permission to accept them.
