“I think it’s really important for an artist to show their work and to have an opportunity to display their work to people and it makes you grow as an artist. You get good feedback and you get a good real understanding of where you’re going with your artwork. It also inspires you to create more work and also in a commercial sense it keep us going.”

Imagination in Metal Owner and Sculptor, Shane Bower says there’s been an increasing demand of their artwork from the public since their first exhibition last year.

Bower says it’s important to show people the inspiration that lies behind each artwork made from scratch.

The exhibition will be open for seven days but will be closed during the two- day royal visit.

The exhibition will begin at 6pm today.
