The Seventh Day Adventist Church has been given three weeks to file all documents.

This in response to the case filed against them by the Ministry of Education regarding Vatuvonu SDA College.

The SDA lawyers have until June 3rd to provide the response.

The case is in relation to the decision by the SDA Church to close Vatuvonu over the Ministry’s appointment of non-Adventist staff at the school.

It was initiated by the government and several orders were issued by the High Court on April 15 which stopped the SDA Church from closing the school and having a say in the staff appointment.

The case will be recalled on the 24^th of next month at the Suva High Court.
