Scouts leaders were this morning awarded for their service to the association at Government House this morning.

Fiji Scouts Commissioner Joji Qaranivalu says the medal ceremony is to honour those who had served for the betterment of the association for many years.

‘We will also discussing ways and means of reparing these properties and rent out so that they can become source of income for the association .We will also awarded scouts awards to recipients who had served for more than 40 years some 30 and even 12 years giving their time to the Fiji Scouts Associations’

The Association also had their 98th Annual General Meeting which was chaired by the Chief Scouts -the President Ratu Epeli Nailatikau .
