Changes have been made to the Road Route License guideline following a meeting between the Bus Operators and the Land Transport Authority.

The changes have been designed to ensure improved service delivery to customers.

The RRL guideline is a policy ensuring all buses on roads are safe, comfortable and efficient.

At the same time it requires all bus companies to manage and maintain their vehicle standards, drivers, complaints, documentation and records.
