The Principal of Ratu Kadavulevu School appeared at the Nausori Magistrate Court this afternoon.

Peni Senikarawa has been charged with four counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.

It’s alleged that on the 14th of February this year, Senikarawa assaulted four students at RKS.

Senikarawa has been issued a stop departure and was told by the court to not reoffend or interfere with the witnesses.

He has been granted bail for $1,000 with two sureties.

Defence lawyer, Aca Rayawa mentioned in court that he has all the disclosures except the statement of the Principal’s wife which he will need for the case.

The case will be recalled on the 25th of this month at the Tailevu court for plea.
