The trial of Estonian fisherman Risto Harmat continued at the Suva Magistrate court this morning but only lasted an hour.

Magistrate Mohammed Saneem adjourned the case to Monday next week with only one state witness taking the stand.

Risto faces one charge of obstructing the cause of justice.

He is alleged to have assisted fugitive Roko Uluilakeba Mara escape on a Tongan patrol boat in May last year.

Roko Ului is charged with uttering seditious comment.
