They have been upskilled with the guidelines of shooting from long range and close quarter battle.

Lone female participant Sapper Seruwaia Loga says the biggest challenge faced during the two months of training was the variation of working area.

She adds that being an electrician in the RFMF Engineers and now becoming a professional in mastering weapons is a challenging and exciting experience.

The team concluded their preparation in the dense jungle of Nabukavesi and the shooting range in Vatuwaqa this week.

The Arms Meet will be held in Melbourne from Tuesday until April 4th.
