A senior clergy attending a church conference in Suva was called in the Suva Magistrates Court but he was not available.

Reverend Ame Tugawe’s name was called before Magistrate Makereta Mua yesterday.

The court heard a bench warrant had been suspended because Tugawe was not in court when the matter was called on march13.

The plaintiff is Gyan Singh told the court that Tugawe is not in Nadi and he is in Suva for the conference.

The details of the matter were not read in court.

Magistrate Mua has told the court Sheriff to check on the bench warrant which is to be extended to the 22nd of September.
