The Then India Sanmarga Sangam is now venturing into a new project to build a “Retirement Village” in Nawai Nadi.
TISI Foundation Chair Sanjeev Mudaliar says sixteen villas will be built during the first phase of the project.
This will be two-bedroom villas with a central facility. It is a retirement village. It is not an old people’s home. Let’s be very clear. It is a retirement village and the villas will be for sale and at this stage, subject to all legal clarification it will be a strata title”.
The project will cost more than three million dollars while the construction is expected to take around 18 months.
The second phase of the project will consist of other amenities such as tennis courts and restaurants.
