Minister for Education, Heritage and Arts Dr. Mahendra Reddy is advising students to be mindful of the kind of companions they engage themselves with.

This was said during the official launch of the careers and cultural resource materials in Saint Joseph’s secondary school yesterday.

Reddy says peer pressure one of the issues that students should be aware of.

‘’It’s about the issue of peer pressure don’t be carried away by what your friends think is best for him or her and therefore should be best in you as well attitudes differ interest differ and it is also related to your upbringing your family background international news and your understanding of international global news’’.

Meanwhile all children are being advised to work closely with their teachers and parents to achieve their dream careers.
